Filigree Heart is a small independent online gift and lifestyle retailer based in Birstall Leicestershire.

I opened the business in 2015 and after spending almost 9 years as a high street shop, Filigree Heart transformed into an online only retailer serving its customers locally and nationwide. I wanted to get a better work life balance and to be able to spend more time with my family.

Filigree Heart is still very much part of the local community and actively encourages the local area to work together to encourage the Shop Independent message.
